Molly moved to sunny Florida in 2014 to pursue her passion for learning at the University of Tampa, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2018. She began her career at the Walt Disney Company as an on-site trainer for two years before transitioning to an admissions representative at F.I.R.S.T. Institute during the pandemic. Her commitment led to her promotion to Director of Admissions in 2022, where she has played a key role in enrolling and supporting hundreds of students every year.

Outside of work, Molly enjoys digital illustration and exploring theme parks in Orlando with her husband and puppy. As Director of Admissions, she inspires students to achieve their academic and career goals, fostering a diverse and creative community at F.I.R.S.T. Institute. Her background in communications and experience at Disney allows her to connect with students and understand their aspirations, making her a valuable asset to the team.
